Modality Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the modalitystudio.com platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication.
Data you create within your workspace, including contacts, events, forms, campaigns, and automations, is stored securely in our database and associated with your workspace.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.
We collect anonymized usage data to improve our services, including page views, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics.
When you connect third-party services (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, Stripe, Google Calendar, Spotify, Apple Music), we exchange data with those services as directed by you. Each integration operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary to fulfill the integration's purpose.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure credential storage, and tenant-isolated data architecture. All workspace data is segregated by workspace ID to prevent cross-tenant access.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your workspace data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
