Settings

Configure your workspace, manage team members, set up billing, customize fields, and connect integrations. Settings is your workspace control center.

General Settings

The General settings page contains your workspace-level configuration. Access it from the sidebar by clicking Settings → General.

Workspace Profile

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar and select the General tab.
  2. Update your workspace name — this appears in the sidebar, email sender names, and team invitations.
  3. Upload a workspace logo that appears in the sidebar and emails.
  4. Set your workspace timezone — this affects campaign scheduling, event times, and report date ranges.
  5. Configure your default currency for ticket pricing and payment fields.

Email and Compliance

Under the Email & Compliance section of General settings:

  • Default sender name — the "From" name used in campaigns when not overridden
  • Default reply-to email — where replies to campaigns are directed
  • Physical mailing address — required by CAN-SPAM, included in email footers
  • Double opt-in — toggle to require confirmation for new subscribers (see Compliance for details)

Team Management

Invite team members and assign roles to control access levels across your workspace.

How to Invite Team Members

  1. 1

    Open Team settings

Go to Settings → Team. You will see all current workspace members with their roles and status.

  2. 2

    Click "Invite Member"

Enter the person's email address and select a role: Owner, Admin, Marketer, or Event Manager.

  3. 3

    Send invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join the workspace. They must sign up (or sign in) to accept. Pending invitations are shown with an "Invited" status badge.

Roles and Permissions

  • Owner — full access including billing, team management, and workspace deletion
  • Admin — full access except billing and workspace deletion
  • Marketer — access to contacts, campaigns, forms, lists, and analytics. No access to settings or integrations.
  • Event Manager — access to events, ticketing, orders, and check-in. Limited CRM access.
Only Owners can change another member's role or remove them from the workspace. Each workspace must have at least one Owner.

Billing and Plans

Manage your subscription, view usage, and update payment methods from Settings → Billing.

Plan Comparison

  • Free — 500 contacts, 500 emails/month, 1 team member, basic features
  • Pro — 10,000 contacts, 10,000 emails/month, 5 team members, custom fields, automations, brand kit
  • Business — 50,000 contacts, 50,000 emails/month, unlimited team members, custom domains, priority support

Usage Tracking

The billing page shows current-period usage for contacts, email sends, and AI credits. A progress bar indicates how close you are to each limit. Usage resets on your billing cycle date. Upgrade prompts appear automatically when you approach limits.
